Process to produce quality GRP tanks
➽ Placing the right amount of fibre glass on thin fiberglass sheets.
➽ Mounting the combination in a hydraulic molding press.
➽ Application of regulated heat and pressure to make it frim and compact.
➽ The frame is then taken out of the press and cooled.
➽ A layer of resin and catalysts are added to the GRP frames and machine-spread between two sheets of GRP. This functions to give it its signature strength.
➽ The end result is a complex and high strength GRP Tank panel.
➽ The panels can now be drilled at the sides where they will be joined together with bolts and nuts to form GRP tanks.

Quick Lead Time
For standard water tank less than 200m3, it would be 3-5 days;
For non-standard water tank and customized water tank according to client's specific requirements, it would be 7 to 15 days.

When the box is installed, no less than 800 mm repair passage is left between the box body and the wall, and no less than 500 mm is left between the top and bottom of the box.

After assembly, the outlet and discharge pipes should be closed, and the intake pipes should be opened. 24 hours after filling the water, no leakage is qualified.

Concrete strip foundation should be done well in civil construction.
4.
Provide construction power supply and check sealing water at construction site.
